Network Field Engineer

Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this important position will need the following requirements:

  PBX installation Experience. Data T1/Voice T1 using Cisco. Voice and/ or Data T-1 w/Cisco. SIP/VOIP. Minimum 2-5 years experience in similar capacity. Ability to multi-task, handle high volume or varied responsibilities accurately - time management. Customer service and detail oriented. Problem solving skills. Network troubleshooting skills in Windows XP. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Confident, goal oriented attitude Good organization and project management skills Good computer skills in desktop applications

 

Responsibilities:

  Physical installation and configuration of end-user CPE such as IP Phones, routers and Ethernet switches and maintenance of Data/Voice/Integrated T-1's Perform customer site surveys   Basic training of the IP phones to the customer Visit the customer to assist in resolving complex problems or identifying solutions
