NOC Technician

We are seeking a technically minded individual to join our Corporate Network Operations Center Team.  This person will be responsible for identifying network faults and ensuring appropriate action is take to restore data and SONET services on a multi-state network.  Provides basic technical support to field technicians and customer service representatives concerning customer connectivity and configuration.



High School diploma or GED required.  At least six months experience in a NOC environment supporting similar technologies is preferred.  Candidate must have good computer and software application skills.  Must be proficient in alarm recognition and outage diagnosis.  Must be able to work effectively in a stressful environment.  Must possess good customer service skills, be well organized and be a team player.  Must be able to work any shift.
