Sales/Retail/Business Development p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities Performance Management: Develop wireless data opportunities to sell services and solutions to new and existing customer segment. Partner with sales channel leadership to develop strategic plans to further penetrate the data market. Research customer needs and demonstrate data solutions through sales presentations. Provide consulting service to customer which may include requirements analysis, planning, design and implementation. Evaluate, design and implement training across sales channels on data products and services to ensure sales force understands and can demonstrate data products and services and grow market share to increase ARPU and attain data sales objectives. Operations Management: Manage data implementation process across departments and with third party vendors. Ensure all requirements are identified and appropriate resources are in place for a successful launch. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure all systems are ready for new product launches. Customer Retention: Manage and grow existing customer base and manage churn. Develop customer retention tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with other channels to analyze issues that impact Data Sales, and recommend, develop, and implement process improvements. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and friendly manner.Market & Industry Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of company and market promotional elements. Remain current on all wireless products and services, industry and competitive trends, and reinforce findings with team. p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Qualifications 2-4 years successful outside sales experience. 5-7 years experience in information technology required. BS/BA in Business or equivalent technical work experience.Strong working knowledge of computers, LANS, telecommunications. Wireless experience preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal and oral and written presentation skills needed.This position requires the ability to meet aggressive deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer and team-oriented work environment.Ability to interact and present to all levels.Excellent negotiation and closing skills are required.Effective use of PC including Microsoft Office required.Must have valid driver's license, good driving record and proof of insurance.
