Master Planner for Touchstone Wireless LP

Master Planner

The Master Planner will manage and coordinate the daily materials planning needs for the four Touchstone Wireless facilities. 

 

 

Primary function of MASTER PLANNER:

 

· Coordinate with site materials planners to schedule parts for the four Touchstone Wireless facilities and measure performance against the plan.

· Manage excess and obsolete inventory to minimize it’s impact to the company.

· Create, monitor and maintain parts planning tools to meet production and inventory goals.

· Develop and implement material plans to support new products and product launches.

· Statistical analysis, report generation, graphs, charts & presentations.

· Collect data for weekly, monthly & quarterly variance analysis and inform management of shortcomings and suggest remedies.

 

Requirements5-7 years experience planning in a manufacturing environment BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with mid to large size MRP/ERP systemsAPICS or CPIM certification Exceptional skills with MS Office Working knowledge of MRP, Lean Manufacturing and pull systems Wireless industry experience preferred On-call availability and periodic overtime.
