Marketing/Packaging Traffic Coordinator

* Manage relationship between Samsung Packaging Facility (Samsung Klein location) and Samsung
Marketing department
* Coordinate packaging projects with various carrier Marketing Coordinators and Graphic Artist(s) in Mktg. department
* Assist with e-office (internal accounting computer system) purchase order creation/process, e-office reconciliation
* Channel Marketing support

* Communicate packaging project schedules from Klein to Mktg. Coordinators/Graphic Artist
* Project manage and prioritize deliverables on Klein's Traffic Light Schedules for each packaging project
* Ensure delivery of packaging files to/from Mktg. Coordinators/Graphic Artist and Klein facility
* Review/proof all packaging files (phone boxes, in-box collateral including user manuals, etc) for color and content correctness
o Attend press checks for materials as needed
* Create EOs (Execution Orders) within e-office system for various carrier account groups and reconcile EOs with Accounting on a monthly and as-needed basis
* Channel Marketing support, i.e., updating master product launch schedule/deliverables, maintaining product launch decks and other projects as needed

* Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent related industry experience
* 3-5 years project management and/or marketing experience required
* Print management experience, i.e., proofing print samples, knowledge of printing processes and vernacular, pre-press/graphics production
* Proofreading experience - ability to distinguish exact color correctness and detect errors in print
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to learn and retain multiple customer requirements for packaging projects
* Ability to work independently within a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames
