Position Summary: As a key member of the Field management Teams this position will be responsible for all facets of local marketing. This will include all aspects of planning, budgeting and execution of regional marketing activity.
Major Duties:
Develop and administer local marketing activity to increase RGU units and combat competition.
Work with local management team to insure that all subscriber target goals are properly communicated and all activity to accomplish goals is coordinated.
Forecast subscriber results for area while working with Regional Sales and Marketing team to assure that results will be achieved.
Work with Regional and Division programming group to insure that all programming opportunities are maximized. Work with FMA engineering team to insure that we are maximizing bandwidth and delivering exceptional product.
Responsible for gathering and maintaining competitive information for the FMA. Work with FMA management team, Region and Division teams on response strategy.
Work with Region and Division to develop, coordinate, and implement collateral and other marketing materials that support acquisition and retention for residential Video, Phone and High Speed Internet products.
Work independently and collaboratively with outside vendors on creative design elements, production, event promotions and sponsorships.
Responsible for field sales/product training initiatives to drive awareness throughout the local technical and operations organization

Required Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or the recognized equivalent in work experience or a combination of work experience and education. MBA a plus.
Experience:
5+ years experience in a Marketing/Advertising role
Minimum Requirements:
Willingness to relocate to FMA location.
Strong understanding of FMA media market.
Computer literate in a changing, fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of computers, the Internet, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Excellent analytical and project management skills.
Ability to make decisions quickly and independently.
Strong leadership skills.
