Marketing Coordinator

Broadband company headquartered in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist busy Marketing department. Purpose of Position:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the administrative processes that support the Marketing group, including tasks related to print marketing, internet & email marketing, cross channel advertising and internal communication.

 

Responsibilities:

Support the activities of a busy marketing department, in the delivery of effective marketing campaigns, and perform administrative tasks that contribute to the department’s efficiency. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist with proofreading and track changes to print collateral, such as channel line-ups, rate cards and brochures. Organize and maintain on-site supply of marketing materials, and coordinate with system offices to ensure seamless replenishment of collateral. Manage communication with front-line staff regarding Marketing tactics. Write & distribute staff bulletins regarding Marketing activities.   Maintain Marketing communication calendars. Organize Marketing information for upload to company intranet. Maintain databases related to Marketing activities, such as opt-out requests, new channel requests, survey results.  Conduct bi-weekly competitive pricing research, and other research as needed.  Assist with compilation of monthly reports on Marketing and website activity.  Manage archive of Marketing materials and maintain necessary records related to Marketing activity. Process invoices for marketing activity, including regional cost allocations and reconcile PO variances. Track Marketing expenses in relation to monthly budget. Assist with creating Marketing project plans and Marketing presentations, as necessary. Track progress on Marketing-related projects and maintain up-to-date project plans for group.

 

Preferred Qualifications: Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy.  Highly productive and able to prioritize multiple tasks. Willingness and ability to quickly learn and understand Wave’s products, markets and customers. Experience or knowledge of the cable industry desired, but not required. Experience with the following software programs desired, but not required: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong PC skills and a high comfort level with learning with new systems & software programs. Strong working knowledge of MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Degree in a marketing or business field or equivalent experience preferred
