Plans, organizes, and manages the processes for switch maintenance and fixed network maintenance. Provide technical advisory help for switch maintenance and implementation to include fixed network maintenance, and implementation. Monitor specific switch limitations to maximize system capacity and efficiency for the region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of engineered equipment and ancillary equipment to achieve efficiency, productivity, and quality while minimizing capital expenditures.Implement and monitor switch translations and facility integration to provide timely and effective use of equipment while complying to timelines set forth by other departments.Provide technical support to upper management and subordinates on procedures, standards, and capacity requirements to maintain the integrity of the MSC and fixed network.Evaluate, assign, counsel, train, and schedule subordinates to achieve high productivity, build professional confidence, and reward for outstanding performance.Requirements:

Minimum Position Requirements:Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience/education 6 years of related experience in the telecommunications industry including 2 years of wireless switch experience; 2 years prior leadership experience is preferred
