In addition to an attractive and comprehensive benefits package, our employees receive discounts on high speed internet, premium programming and a great telephone plan.More information about Charter can be found at www.charter.com Charter Communications is an equal opportunity employer.JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, will provide Marketing Support for the Divisional Sales Teams accross the enterprise. Responsible for implementation of Corporate Sales Strategies that will drive Sales Performance and improve overall efficiencies.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION Contribute to the Company vision of being the industry leader in customer service through Quality, commitment, courtesy and teamworkSchedule and facilitate cross-functional team meetings with Divisional Leadership.Analyze complex Sales Performance indicators and the report results to all levels within the Organization.Identify and act to implement process improvements that increase Sales Performance.Advise and consult with Divisional Leadership in order to ensure implementation of new Corporate Sales Strategies.Daily monitoring of Sales Team activities to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.Monitor and identify opportunities to increase productivity within existing sales teams.Establish and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships with all levels within the Division and Contact Centers.Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write and speak the English language (or other applicable language) to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks under tight timelinesAbility to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressureAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job dutiesAbility to use personal computer and software applications (I.e.
