Is responsible for all administrative functions of the studio. Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, PC and time management skills. Responsible for coordinating all purchasing, accounts receivable and accounts payable activities as well as all facility operations management and security issues. Assists and/or develops office budget, manages proper coding of invoices and initiates cost reduction programs. Supervises office activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity. Develops procedures and policies for office activities, such as filing, dictating, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing, and mail distribution. Create and review purchase orders for all office needs; facility maintenance; equipment maintenance; service vendors; oversee archiving of files and plans. Maintains contact with outside vendors, including issue resolution. Coordinates all human resource issues with Group HR representatives. Internal marketing and external marketing coordination, and travel coordination and arrangements. Manages activities within studio, including department agendas, staff meetings, and department head meetings, etc. QualificationsAssociates degree or equivalent required plus a minimum of 5 years related experience. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Reports to a senior manager Requires: *The ability to manage multiple priorities* Knowledge of general business terminology* Effective writing and presentation skills. Required Fast paced, high tech related industry,Preferred.Required Minimum of 5 years experience in Office Management or equivalent experience as an Executive Assistant. Demonstrated experience with: human resource support, purchasing, accounts receivable/accounts payable, internal marketing and external marketing coordination, travel coordination and arrangements, meeting coordination and preparation, and facility operations management. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Project. Must possess the expertise to work independently without supervision. Preferred Experience with Oracle applications helpful. Visio experience preferred.
