Manager, Customer Marketing T-Mobile USA is a national provider of wireless voice, messaging, and data services capable of reaching over 268 million Americans where they live, work, and play.  In a world full of busy and fragmented lives, we at T-Mobile USA, Inc. have the idea that wireless communications can help.  The value of our plans, the breadth of our coverage, the reliability of our network, and the quality of our service are meant to do one thing; help you stick together with the people who make your life come alive.  That's why we're here.   Job # 196713 - Manager, Customer Marketing (Forecasting & Reporting)   Position Purpose    The Handset Upgrade program is responsible for driving customer loyalty while delivering incremental value to the company.  The Forecasting & Reporting Manager will be responsible for creating financial and supply chain forecasts, daily/monthly programs reporting and provide analytical support to the team by structuring problems, extracting and analyzing data and presenting findings.    Primary Duties and Responsibilities   § Forecast & analyze trends of the Handset Upgrade program. § Present forecast assumptions, variance analysis to Marketing and Finance management. § Assess the current monthly forecasting and reporting processes to identify, evaluate, recommend and implement changes to improve forecasting accuracy and performance. § Analyze new initiatives based on customer, market, financial and competitive information. § Develop comprehensive financial models to aid evaluation of initiatives. § Ownership of handset profitability metrics and reporting. § Provide daily and monthly reporting by sales channel to internal partners.   Functional/Technical Skills   § Ability to frame unstructured and complex analytical problems § Excellent communication skills:  Ability to present analytical results to Marketing management in verbal and written form § Advanced excel modeling skills and applied business statistics § Working knowledge of Business Objects and SAP     Experience   § 3-5 years in financial and operational analysis § Wireless experience preferred Experience conducting competitive and consumer research and turning analysis into insights   Education Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance or related field   T-Mobile USA offers a full range of comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, as well as matching 401(k), generous paid time off programs, mobile phone and service discounts, tuition reimbursement, free parking - not to mention a fun and business casual work environment.  T-Mobile is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
