Summary: The Customer Care Center Manager is responsible for managing all facets of the business that deal with customer relationships and retention
Education/Experience Requirments: Four-year degree or equivalent work experience required. Five years business experience and three years management experience preferred. Minimum two years customer service experience required; Contact Center experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Some overnight travel required. Some evening and weekend hours may be necessary.
