MDU Account Executive

North Central Division

Secure new and maintain existing business relationships with commercial accounts, including but not limited to MDU owners and major commercial accounts ( hotels, hospitals and colleges) and. Maximize the sale of Comcast products and services (e.g. Video, Digital Cable, High Speed Internet and Telephone) to new and existing commercial customers via door-to -door sales solicitation. Achieve all sales performance goals within an assigned territory. Responsibilities: Sell Comcast products and services to commercial customers and maximize commercial revenue in assigned territory.Negotiates initial and renewal contracts with major accounts such as Hotels, Hospitals, College/Universities, and Multi-Dwelling Unit properties to maximize profitable sales across all product lines. Direct revenue responsibility Provides superior customer service by resolving billing and/or service problems for assigned accounts.Gathers data about new business contacts: legal name, address, verification of agreement status, owner and contact information, unauthorized and competitive activity, etc.Prepares capital and operating cost assumptions along with revenue projections utilizing the corporate financial decision tool in order to create management-approved proposals for clients.Utilizes corporately approved contracts and addenda to draft agreements for new and renewal accounts. Coordinates implementation of executed agreements with necessary departmentsIdentifies opportunities to develop new sales channels and or promotional partnerships with commercial accountPrepares various reports as requested for submission of monthly results.Make presentations to associations, owners, developers or managers during and after normal business hours or on weekends.May be required to work special events on an as needed basis.

Required Skills:

Education/Degree:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-College education preferred
-Previous sales experience desired
