Requirements:

AT&T is looking for a manager to lead a team of management compensation consultants. In addition to supervisory responsibiliites, this position is responsible for internal client support and can focus on design, administration, or a combination thereof. General responsibilities include partnering with client organizations to understand compensation needs, create client solutions, inform and advise, manage client relationships and compensation projects. Deliver best-in-class compensation practices to support client and company success. (Design) Responsible for evaluating the design and development of the Management Compensation and/or Sales Compensation plans in order to make recommendations for changes. This position may oversee the compensation support of complex business units and issues. Oversees analysis of compensation survey responses and ensures that compensation remains competitive to attract, retain and motivate employees. (Administration) Oversees job audits to ensure proper content and that job descriptions correctly reflect job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements. Supports the compensation organization in the administration and interpretation of all matters related to the Management and Sales Compensation Salary Plans. Typically reports to Third level management.

Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize projects and have the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously. Requires patience and flexibility. Ability to work with all levels of management. Ability to work independently with minimal instruction.
Solid work ethic. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively guide and direct the work of others. Willing to work long hours when necessary.

Desired Skills:
 Advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access skills. Prior supervisory and/or compensation experience.
