Kiosk Sales Representative (San Francisco, CA)

The Kiosk Sales Representative sells Comcast's products and Services at the Comcast kiosk at the Stonestown Mall and several other retail locations in San Francisco and San Mateo counties. This is a full time position. The Sales Representative will be assigned a shift corresponding to mall and store hours; the shift will be assigned on a monthly basis.

Job Responsibilities:
Acquisition of Comcast Home Phone Service, High-Speed Internet and Digital Cable Service customers by conducting sales transactions at the Comcast Retail Location at Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco and other retail locations in San Francisco and San Mateo counties

Prepare and execute subscriber sales applications and record them in the reporting tool.

Upgrade and improve sales presentations, knowledge of products, services and rates.

Attend sales meetings as required.

Maintain required record keeping and reporting of all sales and service activities.

Acquire new or upgrade subscribers by direct contact

Meet or exceed targeted sales quota as assigned.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Maintain punctual, regular and consistent attendance.

Responsible for securing all Comcast property.

Ability to demonstrate Comcast products and services to customers.

Maintain professional appearance of the kiosk

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.


Required Skills:
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Previous sales and customer service experience
Ability to act independently and work under pressure
Self motivated, professional appearance.
Knowledge of cable television and internet products and services preferred
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively.
Ability to work flexible hours
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in a clear manner
Proficiency in the use of personal computers and software applications.
Must be able to work during mall hours.
Reliable form of personal transportation.
Ability to travel to multiple retail locations in San Francisco and San Mateo counties
Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record.
