Junior Staff Accountant

A Leading Technology Company located in Passaic County, New Jersey is searching for a Junior Staff Accountant who will handle the following responsibilities:

 

- Cash deposits and adjustments

- Verisign (credit card) transactions

- E-commerce reconciliation

- Accounts receivable reconciliation

- Bank reconciliations

- Maintain and publish daily cash report

- Maintain management team’s financial binders

- Analyze, maintain and reconcile G/L accounts

- Maintenance of amortization schedules

- Post monthly journal entries

- Assist with month-end close process

- Assist with audits

- Assist senior staff as needed

 

Qualified Candidates will possess:

- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- 3 months + of experience

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Word

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

The total compensation range is from $40,000 to $45,000 with excellent benefits (medical, dental), and 401k plan with match.
