Jr. Telecom Auditor

Granite Telecommunications is a rapidly growing nationwide provider of telecommunications services.  We currently have (1) open position for a Jr. Telecom Auditor to support our rapidly expanding CLEC dispute business.

We are looking for an energetic, organized individual to be part of our corporate team.  This is a full charge, hands on position.  Job responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities Ability to create and analyze reports based on comparing our contract information to the vendor’s invoices to ensure accurate billing. Prepare and submit dispute claims with our vendors when discrepancies are identified. Summarize dispute claims to easily understandable reports. Identify and report internal errors found to appropriate department’s leads. Maintain established targets for audit quality and quantity. Ensure all audits are completed in a timely fashion.

Qualifications 2 – 3 years experience in a finance role preferred. Must be detail oriented, flexible and able to multi-task; Focused approach to meeting deadlines. Strong organization skills, particularly as it relates to managing large amounts of data. Strong communication skills for interaction with management and external vendors. Able to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and complete tasks. Team player, able to work well with others across departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access is a must. Tariff knowledge will be very helpful
