JR Consultant

Responsible for representing NECAM Retail Solutions performing consulting to: Assist in analysis and documentation for the retail industry. Identify company obstacles and opportunities, Assist in definition of business strategies, Analyze organizational impact, recommend solutions. Conducts "As Is" situation analyses to measure before and after results of project implementation and to provide and/or verify ongoing process improvement.  Conducts interviews with 'process owner(s)'; Identifies and models key business processes; Conducts workshop to determine current process strengths & weaknesses; Identifies process improvements, incorporating industry leading practices, vendor products and new technologies. Compares the current technology with the target operations model to identify required changes to support the implementation of a systems solution.  Interacts with customers in a professional manner to produce work deliverables.

 

Job Requirements:


Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of advanced knowledge and experience in retail industry including centralized and store operations.  3+ years of business analysis experience with retail industry focus: Pharmaceutical and Grocery store and other.  Knowledge of Process Improvement & Modeling knowledge along with BPMN certification desired. The ability to work in databases and reports, advanced understanding of business processes, standard 4-step method, and the ability to define "To Be" model requirements and apply to statistical methods to determine data accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills desired.
