Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

§ Preparation of telecom invoices from various telecom companies for entry

§ Data entry of client’s vendor invoices into Telesoft’s proprietary software application, both manually and through electronic loading

§ Invoice data validation and correction

§ Invoice management; weekly accounts payable disburesements, reporting and accruals, data archiving

§ Interacting with and maintaining client & vendor relationships
