Come to our Interview Session!Wednesday, September 24th9am-2pm & 4pm-7pm5 Research Drive, Shelton, CTUse Employee EntranceWhat We do: Cablevision, one of the nation's leading entertainment and telecommunications companies, has excellent career opportunities supporting Optimum Online, our high-speed Internet solution and Optimum Voice, our fast-growing digital phone service.  Recently, JD Power certified our call center as achieving the highest standards of excellence in delivering customer service and support.  We enjoy providing Optimum Service to our customers and are seeking Technical Support Representatives who share the same passion for providing a world-class customer experience. Technical Support Representatives Location: Shelton, CT Multiple positions available.  The Technical Support Representative will be the primary technical contact for Optimum Online and Optimum Voice customers who are using these technically advanced digital products.  You will provide professional, accurate and timely responses to all customer inquiries using established troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve technical difficulties. Successful candidate will be professional, career minded, highly motivated and customer friendly. Minimum requirements include complex knowledge of DOS, Win 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP, Apple/MAC, Internet communications, and protocols. Candidates are also required to have outstanding MS Office skills and demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following specialties: Network (RF troubleshooting, E-Mail, DHCP server, routers), Systems Hardware, Software, Operating Systems or New Technology. Prior call center experience and fluency in English and Spanish are highly desirable.
