Requirements:

Learning Services is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, client-focused candidate for an assignment in sales training. This position will specifically focus on training of wireless data products and services to retail sales representatives. This candidate will receive formal training in instructional delivery and will be expected to develop their communication and relationship management skills to better prepare them for their next position. Time in position may vary based on candidates skill level and the needs of the business.

Candidate will be expected to:

*Deliver Learning Services curriculum according to design to ensure standardized and consistent delivery of material.
*Enhance skills and classroom credibility by performing the job responsibilities of the reps in the discipline they instruct.
*Provide subject matter expertise in designated areas required for effective course management and delivery.
*Analyze course materials to ensure current, accurate, and thorough content.
*Collaborate with course designers to make changes in course content as needed.
*Assure preparation of the classroom.
*Utilize learner-centered approaches to establish a professional classroom environment conducive for learning.
*Apply instructional methods according to Instructor Competencies training.
*Coach and develop students to improve performance through positive reinforcement and motivational incentives.
*Administer Level 1 and Level 2 tests that collect measurement and evaluation data so that the learners performance and knowledge gained in class may be evaluated.
*Evaluate delivery of instruction, both instructor self-assessment and content critique, to provide improvements for future classes.
*Report evaluation information to key stakeholders. (e.g. students, managers, LS team members).
*Provide monthly and ad hoc reports to Learning Services and client leadership, as needed.

Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 4-6 years of relevant work experience required. Desired Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: *Minimum of 2 years wireless sales and wireless data experience preferred. *Must have systems experience and knowledge. Demonstrates effective communication skills. *Demonstrates effective presentation skills. *Presents material in a concise, segmented, understandable format. *Coaching/Interaction Skills. *Problem-Solving/Decision-Making. *Personal Computer Skills. *Develops competence in new technologies that support/enhance delivery methods.
