Analyzes work process and business challenges to determine performance gaps and make recommendations regarding performance improvement solutions. Studies system applications used by various departments in their business process and develops appropriate user documentation and training curriculum. Develops and manages the project plan for performance improvement projects from assessment to evaluation. Develops top quality, coherent and concise user documentation, training materials, and lesson plans that support the training strategy and improve overall user capabilities. Partners with Subject Matter Experts to research and identify content. Design and develop performance-based assessments to determine effectiveness of learning and performance solutions. Provides user support as necessary. Other duties as required.  This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Facilitation experience preferred.Supervisory Responsibilities May direct the activities of lower level staff, in a lead capacity. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent; six years overall experience and two plus years instructional design experience required.   QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
