Inside Sales

You will be one of the first people our customers come in contact with; we look for a professional, courteous attitude reflecting our companies commitment to quality service. Other qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong cellular back ground and understanding of technology applications in the cellular market. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly desirable.

Base pay is $30K per year plus monthly bonuses
Hours M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:

-Responsible for working with the Service Tech in providing a positive experience for customers with a broken phone.
-Selling add-on services for Sprint and Nextel products.
-Selling cellular phone accessories (up-selling customers)
-Establishing relationships with customer base
-Cultivating new customers and establishing relationships with them to solidify future business
-Keeping store clean
-Keeping store inventory levels in line with company objectives  Requirements:Cellular background a plus not needed
Inside retail sales experience with Business to Business experience desired not needed
Technology experience a plus


Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is outgoing with sales background and is strong in communication. Must have completed 4-year college degree.  This individual must have strong computer skills that include POS systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet, and email. This candidate has the ability to multi-task, enjoys a fast-paced environment and is a team player. Finally this candidate must be an individual who enjoys helping clients, and building strong relationships with internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have some college credits and at least two years of sales experience.
