Insertion / Master Control Operator - Malvern, PA

Comcast Spotlight

Maintain and troubleshoot all ad insertion equipment from the Spotlight Malvern Master Control Center.
Encode all ad content assuring quality and consistency of on-air look in adherence to audio and video standards.
Interface with Field Operations, Traffic Operations & Sales departments on technical issues in regards to ad insertion equipment.
Interface with Insertion vendors to ensure a seamless workflow that is advantageous and transparent to our customers.
Enter and update all problem tickets into ticketing software.
Maintain system back-ups.
Assist with tape cataloging duties.
Assist with commercial cataloging, and quality control of on-air commercials.
Other duties as assigned.



Required Skills:
Associates degree in Computer Science, Video Production, or related field preferred.
Related telecommunications experience desired.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Windows OS, Excel, Word, Outlook
