As an Indirect Account Executive with Clearwire, you will be responsible for aggressively identifying and establishing Authorized Representatives within your territory or market. You will maintain responsibility for all marketing support, product trainings, relationship management and performance tracking. Successful candidates will have knowledge and experience in managing sales in a business environment.Success in this position requires the ability to motivate Authorized Representatives to sell the Clearwire product, the ability to work autonomously, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. We value the contribution of our partners, reward their achievements, and promote from within.Job Responsibilities: • Meet monthly sales quotas in a start-up indirect sales channel program.• Direct and manage all sales activities for the indirect channel to achieve market goals and objectives.• Develop the strategic business plan and manage to metrics contained within. • Identify new market opportunities for expanded distribution channels.• Recruit, manage, develop and retain a team of indirect sales Authorized Representatives.• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsMinimum Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years indirect sales experience focused on new account generation.• Previous success in meeting sales objectives w/documented results/achievements.• Strong prospecting skills and abilities.• Excellent relationship building skills with strong customer service follow-up, solid training and influencing skills.• Experience managing dealer contracts and working with the dealers to resolve conflicts with other sales channels.• Accustomed to being managed with daily/weekly activity guidelines.• Knowledge of wireless, data communications and telecommunications preferred.• High School Diploma required, college degree a plus.Other:• Clearwire Indirect Account Executives must travel locally to visit Authorized Representatives, therefore must have a valid driver’s license.• All applicants must pass background and drug screen test.
