As our Inbound Call Center Manager, located in Del Mar, CA, your primary responsibility will be to forecast and drive sales for inbound calls in our outsourced call centers. You will be required to travel to our various call centers from time to time and provide coaching and mentoring for our call center agents helping them increase their performance and productivity, thereby increasing their overall sales achievements. Your ability to optimize productivity and sales efficiency through personnel management will be the key to your success as we manage fluctuating daily call volumes. Your solid track record for advancing key telesales metrics including the improvement of conversion rates and other standard telesales activities will ensure your success in this position. As you work closely with our training, coaching and QA staff, your insights and recommendations will serve as their compass for implementing performance improvement initiatives. This role entails day-to-day exposure to the executive team and offers high-visibility throughout our rapidly-growing company opening countless avenues for your personal and professional growth along the way!
