Implementation Manager II

Summary:   This individual will be responsible for managing and implementing all phases of simple and moderately complex projects from inception to completion including, establishing and monitoring master plans, acquisition and coordination of resources (people, internal, external, technical, systems, hard assets etc), quality assurance and ultimate performance of project.  The individual will be expected to perform these job duties consistent within safety, legal and regulatory requirements; company standards, culture and business practices.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Â·  Provides Technical and/or analytical support to one or more departments or work groups.·  Makes recommendations and take a leadership role insuring the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area.  Â·  Will assist with the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.    Additional Duties:  Contributes to departmental activities and programs by accomplishing related tasks as needed.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:·  Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting method and procedures for obtaining solutions. ·  Strong commitment to organizational development and coaching designed to drive improvement.·  Strong technical telecom knowledge.·  Understands management methods with the ability to coordinate activities and make recommendations on employee relations, performance, and rewards. ·  Planning skills to develop and implement daily operational directives designed to enhance performance, improve work processes and customer interaction/service.  Education/Experience  In order to accomplish the essential duties of this position, the incumbent must have a 4 year college degree.  A two to seven years minimum of experience required.   Specific Experience Needed:  Previous project management experience, Microsoft Office Proficiency, Microsoft Project Proficiency Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
