Illinois, Chicago. West Suburbs Direct Sales Supervisor

Organize, direct and motivate a group of field sales emplyees to increase customer count and revenue. Ensure competence and continuity of qualified sales persons through optimum recruitment, selection, training and development appraisal and motivation techniques. Monitor employee performance, counsel and advise to insure compatibilty and maximum effectiveness. Maintain records of sales, both individual and group relative to system goals and objectives and provide statistical results. Develop, plan and coordinate sales promotions and incentives to meet system goals and objectives. Prepare annual sales budgets. Perform related duties as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance

Required Skills:
EDUCATION: High school graduate or the recognized equivalent plus specialized training in business administration, sales and marketing techniques or the recognized equivalent in work experience and self-study.

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years including at least one year experience in direct door-to-door sales.
