HRIS Analyst

Career Level:  Experienced (Non-Manager) The HRIS Analyst will partner with IT and act as a liaison between the HR users to better integrate multiple HR applications. Work with the benefits and payroll teams to provide accurate support to the employees.Essential Job Functions -Ensure new hires, terminations and status changes are approved and processed according to Vonage Policy. -Maintaining Oracle HRIS system data. -Design and develop timely and accurate reports, provide analysis and interpretation of report data and HR analytics as required. -Receive, review and process all relevant source documentation pertaining to the entire employee life cycle. -Ensures policies and procedures are completed and communicated for proper documentation and SOX compliance. -Create, maintain and track all personnel files and associated documentation and data integrity. -Assist with HR programs with daily activities including unemployment insurance, immigration and visa processing, employment verifications, personnel reporting and stock option maintenance programs. -Audit data records in Oracle HR ensuring 100% data integrity. -Special projects as assigned. Specific Requirements (Technical Knowledge, Software, Etc.) -Candidate should have strong data entry skills, with previous experience maintaining employee data and HRIS systems. -Extensive knowledge of HR metrics, report writing, and the ability to create statistical reports. -Flexibility with working hours based upon projects and established deadlines. -Willingness to learn new information within Human Resources and the overall business. Ability to interface with different departments and all levels of management. -Knowledge of state and federal employment laws (FLSA, LOA's, Payroll, etc.) -Microsoft Office skills to include Excel and Word -Experience with report writing software products (ReportSmith, Crystal Reports, Report Writer). -Be able to multi-task within a flexible work environment and adapt to changes and continuously meet and exceed deadlines. -Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. -Be self directed with a positive attitude and high energy level -3-5 years of working knowledge of HR functional areas (HR, staffing, compensation, benefits, payroll, etc.)Education Bachelors Degree preferred Additional Requirements (Would like to have but not required) -Oracle HRIS and/or ADP PCPW experience preferred -Benefit/Payroll experience -Canadian HRIS experience For quick consideration apply here Vonage The Broadband Phone Company service is redefining communications by offering consumers and small business- VolP Internet phones, an affordable alternative to traditional telephone service.
