Explain the features and benefits of CLEAR TALK products. Help customers understand their bills and charges. Activate accounts, make adjustments, and sell equipment with our computerized point of sale system. Diagnose and repair wireless phones. Provide a professional and friendly attitude, face to face and over the phone, for CLEAR TALK customers.Qualified applicants will demonstrate the following skills: Customer service and/or sales experience; Be outgoing, enthusiastic with the desire to help customers find the CLEAR TALK product to improve their lives; Basic computer operation; Be organized, flexible and punctual; Excellent oral, written and telephone communication skills; Experience with cash handling; Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.Benefits available after 90 days.
