Review monthly capitalization reports to ensure compliance with Division policies as well as ensuring maximum capitalization needed to reach Regional budget and forecast goals. Assist in the preparation and review of annual Capex budget and monthly forecast process. Act as liaison with system and region personnel to solve day to day Capex issues. Establish expertise in Capex to develop cost/benefit analysis related to Capital Projects. Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistent attention to detail. Respond to internal, Division and Corporate needs regarding Capex information on a timely basis. Establish working knowledge of Capex Reports in Essbase in order to prepare ad hoc queries. Must have strong interpersonal skills and possess the ability to work with all levels of personnel from staff level to senior management displaying tact and diplomacy. Assist in establishing, monitoring and improving processes and procedures. Special projects as assigned. Maintain punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field required.
2 or more years of accounting/financial analysis.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and well organized.
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Team Player a must.
