Finance Manager - Corporate FP&A

We are currently seeking a Manager of Finance within our Corporate Finance department.  The responsibilities of this role include: Serve as a key liaison between finance staff and senior departmental management. Provide daily leadership to employees within the department and oversee hiring, training, and staff performance appraisals. Direct the preparation of in-depth cause and effect analysis and make recommendations on a variety of complex financial and operational issues. Evaluate the financial costs and benefits of potential capital and other strategic investments. Establish corporate and divisional financial goals, and work with divisions to build plans to meet targets.  Analyze actual results as they relate to plan and prepare analysis / presentations for senior management on performance. Maintain various financial models including financial forecasts, competitive industry analyses, and other financial and operational dashboards. Oversee the completion of ad-hoc financial analysis and provide internal financial consulting as needed.Minimum qualifications to be considered are: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline required; MBA / MS-Finance strongly preferred. 4+ year of related financial analysis experience required; 2+ years in a supervisory or management capacity preferred. Expert MS Excel proficiency required. Advanced aptitude in problem solving, including the ability to logically structure an appropriate analytical framework. Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment is essential. Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with all level of management.
