Facilities Database Coordinator- Pittsburgh, PA

Responsible for the overall administration of the facilities Crossform database including vendor updating and overall database maintenance. Troubleshoot and solve issues in Crossform database by working with vendor. Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date Certificate of Insurance information. Facilitate the accurate and timely processing and payment of building operating expenses for the Region's real estate. Maintains and updates the database for the region's properties and accurately track all expenses associated with same. Works directly with the Facilities Manager in budget development & cost analysis. Responds to vendor inquiries and resolves discrepancies, returns and credits.

? Update, modify, and ensure accuracy of Crossform database. Troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise by working with database vendor and using IT resources.
? Assist with vendor Certificate of Insurance documentation and ensure all vendors are in compliance with Comcast insurance standards.
? Review invoices for vendor #, accuracy, appropriate sales tax payment and accrual. Assist with new vendor set-up and maintenance.
? Code and batch invoices for submission to Division A/P. Maintain regional portfolio/real estate expense database
? Provide monthly & on-demand site reports. Research and resolve vendor inquiries.


Required Skills:
- Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred
- 3-5 years related experience required
- Some real estate or facilities background preferred
- Strong professional communication and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task.
- Computer literacy required including knowledge of financial software applications such as Oracle and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under and meet time sensitive deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Highly motivated and a self starter.
