Executive Assistant to the Director of Sales

Perform office support for the Director of Sales and sales team in order to facilitate the sales process and maximize their efficiency. 

 

Coordinates all clerical and coordination duties of the assigned sales team members.  Duties include, but are not limited to, typing (55+ wpm), answering phones, filing, and faxing, word processing and database management.  Must be able to interact effectively with customers and sales staff, be well organized and detail oriented, develop and maintain good relationships with customers.

 

Position requires a team-oriented individual with strong organizational, interpersonal, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal), top notch phone skills, ability to multi task in fast paced environment working with several sales team members with different work styles and have several years of customer service experience.  Individual must have a proven track record of taking intuitive and handling numerous priorities at once.

 

Desirable education requirements:  College Degree or equivalent work experience.

 

Candidate must be detailed oriented, highly proficient with touch-typing 55+ wpm, proficient in software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
