EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/OFFICE MANAGER

 

Our client is a successful telecommunications management firm located in downtown Hartford, CT.  You will assist the owners to develop PowerPoint and other presentations, maintain and perform data entry into the document management system, assist with billing, monitor and analyze productivity, perform research, order office supplies, supervise accounts payable, initiate web site updates, make travel arrangements and perform daily office responsibilities and other projects as needed.  Must be a multi-tasker, flexible and be willing to take on any project that needs doing in this small office environment.  You must have superior skills in MS Office including PowerPoint.  Experience in preparation of presentations, maintaining document management systems, preparing invoices and financial analysis skills will put your resume right at the top of the list.
