Distribution Manager â€“ Flower Mound, TX

Communications Test Design, Inc., with a worldwide reputation for excellence in telecommunications and wireless services, is seeking a Distribution Manager for our branch in Flower Mound, TX. The individual in this integral management position will be responsible for managing supervisors, department leads and production staff in a high volume, fast-paced distribution center as well as interfacing with customers.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 8+ years Logistics Management experience in a large operation; excellent organizational and analytical skills; strong leadership, teambuilding and development skills; excellent attention to detail and accuracy; and strong PC skills (specifically with Microsoft Excel and Word, Access is a plus). A background in third party logistics is a plus. A Bachelorâ€™s degree is also preferred.
