Dispatch (Part-Time Position)

Organizes daily workload by compiling schedules and assigning installations, service changes, trouble calls and disconnects for technical field staff.

Monitors their activity using workforce express.

Essential Functions of Position include, but are not limited to the Following:

Dispatches Communications Technicians and other technical persons to remedy service problems.

Operates CRT to review customer account information and inputs appropriate data regarding reschedule dates, service changes and trouble call information.

Contacts customers to verify schedule date and time as necessary; reschedules missed appointments as quickly as possible at a time convenient for the customer.

Compiles, maintains and prepares various required operational reports, logs, and files. Works with other Dispatchers to communicate customer needs.



Required Skills:
Knowledge of computers/data entry experience necessary. Knowledge of CSG and Work Force Express preferred.

Good customer service and organizational skills.

Strong communication and inter-personal skills.

Ability to work flexible days/hours and the ability to work overtime as needed.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent in self study.
