Independently coordinate field activity work through radio, phone and computer communications. Assist with unique subscriber problems, determine diagnosis of problems, and take appropriate action to remedy the trouble. Major Duties: May work via radio, phone and computer, track technicians and contractors daily progress to ensure production and time frames are met. Close CSG work when necessary. Keep all necessary departments and managers updated on system performance. Act as a liaison between the technicians, their shop and other internal departments. Update open work orders to be rescheduled or closed at the end of each shift, ensuring technicians routes are complete. Professionally handle all types of customer inquiries and complaints to fully resolve customer concerns, including troubleshooting, correcting accounts, scheduling and following up on work orders to ensure service is working. Compile, prepare and maintain various operational reports, logs, and files. Represent Comcast in a professional and positive manner in all situations. Perform other duties as assigned.Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Required Skills:
Must have HS Diploma/GED. Must be familiar with GSG,Icoms,Word and Excel.Have some familarility of the city areas.Ability to work overtime, as needed.
