Director of Site Strategy & Acquisition

Job ID: 133364Position Description: AT&T is looking for a star performer to lead our retail site strategy and acquisition team to new heights. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that we build the right stores in the right locations to leverage all of AT&T’s products and services nationwide. We need the right person to guide the future of AT&T’s retail footprint across the country. If this sounds like you, read on for more details.Responsibilities include:- Strategic governance of the retail store site selection process, strategic market development, and company wide leasing practices. - Review and negotiation of lease agreements to ensure business terms are acceptable. - Oversight of the lease renewal process, and rationalization of existing retail store sites. - Oversight of the development of analytical models to ensure that retail store sites with strong market development potential are identified. - Management of a team of GIS Analysts, Portfolio Managers, and Transaction resources, as well as their policies and practices. Qualifications:- 5+ years experience in a similar role with a large retail company leading a roll out of more than 100 stores nationwide. - Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office is required. - BA or equivalent experience is required. - Finance degree is a plus. - Brokerage experience is a plus. - Experience with Claritas or Buxton modeling techniques is a plus.
