Director of Sales and Customer Support

Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities • Develop and meet annual/quarterly strategic plans for sales and new business targets • Seek out and identify new markets • Create and/or follow up on both cold and warm leads • Moderate travel is expected • Participate in and lead creative brainstorm sessions for potential jobs • Write proposals, bids, and contracts • Oversee Customer Support / Dispatch area • Increase structure and accountability • Resolve internal and external client issues • Hiring, supervising, motivating, coaching and training team members Personal Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills, conversational, interpersonal skills, sense of humor, and ability to work in a team synergistic atmosphere in an ever-changing, fluid, and dynamic profession. • Strong organization, problems solving, and process management skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast paced environment with limited supervision and an ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously • 5-7 years Sales experience • 5-7 years of Customer Service Management experience • Strong writing skills • Willing and able to make cold calls • Computer/Internet proficiency • Evidence of personal drive and ambition to succeed or make a difference in the world! • Detail and deadline oriented • 4 Year College Degree • Telecom experience a plus
