Director of Recruiting
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Human Resources, this position partners with Business Leaders and HR to develop and implement the recruiting strategy to meet short and long term business needs within the region.  This includes but not limited to:
-Â Leverage knowledge of recruiting best practices to develop/revise recruiting processes, policies and procedures for the region (pre-employment skills assessments, pre-employment verifications, offer processes, employee referral program, etc.)
-Â Develop and maintain the outreach recruiting strategy through strong business relationships with local outreach organizations, diversity/inclusion groups, colleges and trade schools, and agencies to develop quality candidate pipelines.
-Â Partner with Division and/or Corporate recruiting contacts in the development and/or roll-out of new recruiting policies and procedures for the region.
-Â Personally recruit for select high level and/or critical roles in the region utilizing strong networking skills.
-Â Play key role in succession planning process to ensure identification, development and placement of top talent in the region.
- Accountable for compliance including coordinating development and implementation of Affirmative Action plans, as well as collecting and reviewing quarterly FCC and EEO-1 reports. Â
-Â Develop and analyze key recruiting metrics and reporting to propose value added solutions to resolve opportunity areas.
-Â Manage 3rd party vendor relationships such as advertising agency, sourcing agencies, background and reference check vendors, etc to ensure services provided meet quality and customer service requirements.
-Â Support the Call Center and Field HR teams with high volume recruiting and interviewing efforts.
-Â Manage the recruiting budget for the region.
-Â Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:
-Â BA/BS in HR, Business Administration or related field, or job experience equivalent
Experience:
-Â 7 years experience in HR with minimum 3 years of direct recruiting management experience
-Â Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, recruiting systems, legal compliance and overall knowledge of HR disciplines
-Â Outstanding relationship building and customer service skills working effectively with both internal and external customers required
-Â Superior interviewing, talent assessment, and networking skills required
-Â Solid business acumen, oral/written communications skills, and strong attention to detail
-Â Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
