Director of Professional Services

Summary

-Manage and direct the professional services group.

-Responsibilities related to post implementation customer satisfaction and support.

-P&L responsibilities

-Constant improvement of processes and efficiency

Responsibilities and Qualifications

-Proper staffing and resource allocation.

-Liaison and responsibility for all members of the project groups to cover all facets of implementations. You are ultimately responsible for all implementation projects.

-You must relish the opportunity to work in a small, thriving, and growing company with all the stresses of a fast paced start up. This is not for the Fortune 500 manager that requires rigid structures and extensive support.

-Minimum of 10 years in management of large, complex, multinational Information Management projects in the ERP, Warehouse Management Supply Chain, Manufacturing areas.
