Director of Financial Systems (Oracle Applications)

The Opportunity

We seek an entrepreneurial technical leader with the vision, expertise, and inspirational leadership to join our team as a Director of Financial Systems (Oracle Applications).

The successful candidate will:




• Partner with the business leadership in defining strategy and tactics and facilitating its delivery

• Drive execution of our Oracle software application portfolio and other key financial applications across the enterprise

• Position the team to scale and support rapid business growth

• Manage oversight of in-flight investment projects and initiate new projects as required

• Hire, lead develop and retain high-quality IT professionals

• Define, drive, deploy and manage IT capabilities by setting priorities, assigning the appropriate resources against those priorities, and delivering projects on time and on budget

Required Background and Education

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Must have experience in setting technology direction and delivering e-business, e-commerce, (ERP) Enterprise Resource Planning Oracle Financials and HRMS application solutions within a telecommunications or technology company


• Must have a proven track record managing change and technology transformation within a complex business environment preferably with international experience

• Must have technical knowledge and aptitude in application development and technology delivery
