MAJOR DUTIES
-The Area Sales Supervisor will have responsibility for the following sales channel: Residential/Commercial Door to Door Sales.
-Supervision and motivation of a direct sales team combined with the ability to form corrective performance management plans in order to achieve budgeted sales goals.
-Tactical planning, standardized reporting, and feedback on effectiveness of existing sales plans to management.
-Support and lead competitive field efforts through the implementation of acquisition and Winback tactics as directed.
-Coordinate audit follow-up by DSRs.
-Real time field evaluation of rep performance.
-Daily check-in pre-screen.
-Capture and analysis of results of connect level and quality.
-Territory distribution and the commensurate record keeping thereof.
-Witness/contribute to performance counseling
-Lead a dynamic, well-informed front line work force that successfully executes the appropriate campaign strategies.
-Enhance the sales environment of the organization. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required.

Required Skills:
-MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE:
-3-5 years of successful Sales/Marketing Management or Supervision experience 3-5 years of successful Leadership experience Demonstrated results orientation Demonstrated ability to lead/motivate sales employees Strong communication skills Organized and detail oriented work style Strong Microsoft Office skills including: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.
-EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent BA/BS candidate or graduate preferred
