Direct Sales Supervisor (Fairfield, CA)

"The Area Sales Supervisor will have responsibility for the following sales channel: Residential Door to Door Sales. ? Supervision and motivation of a direct sales team combined with the ability to form corrective performance management plans in order to achieve budgeted sales goals. ? Tactical planning, standardized reporting, and feedback on effectiveness of existing sales plans to management. ? Support and lead competitive field efforts through the implementation of acquisition and Winback tactics as directed. ? Coordinate audit follow-up by DSRs. ? Real time field evaluation of rep performance. ? Daily check-in pre-screen. ? Capture and analysis of results of connect level and quality. ? Territory distribution and the commensurate record keeping thereof. ? Witness/contribute to performance counseling ? Lead a dynamic, well-informed front line work force that successfully executes the appropriate campaign strategies. Enhance the sales environment of the organization. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required."

Required Skills:
"Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing a sales team.
