Direct Sales Supervisor (Denver, Colorado)

West Divsion - Colorado Region - Denver

- Assists the Manager of Direct Sales in the supervision and daily tracking of
the direct sales force and other sales department personnel.
- Monitors the direct sales force in the following areas: assignment of sales routes, daily and weekly salesmen reports, collections of upfront money, sales route
penetration, distribution of sales leads, and use of sales support material.
- Prepares and forwards various sales reports to the appropriate manager.
- Assists in conducting direct mail, telemarketing and other sales promotions.
- Assists in resolving sales problems related to door-to-door solicitation and other promotions.
- As needed, participates in direct sales, using motor vehicle when necessary.
- Helps organize and coordinate ongoing training programs when needed.
- Ensures that the direct sales force has a complete understanding of all sales and system goals.
- Demonstrates and ensures compliance with The Customer First philosophy.
- Contractor oversight management, budget management, reporting and analysis, coaching and development.
- Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Min. 1-year experience supervising a sales team.
- Must be focused on Employee First and Customer First and have a demonstrated leadership background.
- Ability to relate well both with general public and with employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of record systems, standard office procedures, and business organization.
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
- MS Office Suite and MAC skills.
