Job Description: Develop complex digital products incorporating the latest technologies including DSP, FPGA, microprocessor. Work in a team environment with other hardware, software and systems engineers. Candidate must be capable of driving product development from concept through implementation and release into production towards customer application. Competence: 4+ years of experience desirable. Must have a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals. Will be responsible for designs including Digital, VHDL/Verilog, DC/DC, Analog, etc. Position will require strong board level experience. Must be hands on and comfortable with test equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, TDR, network analyzer, ICE, … Other desired competencies include IP, reliability, product test, boundary scan, JTAG, CAD, and an understanding of product life cycle management.
