Desktop Support Position
THIS POSITION IS ABOUT 25% TRAVEL, 75% ONSITE DESKTOP SUPPORT. Only apply if you have a reliable car and driver's license and can travel around New Orleans, LA. (Mileage gets reimbursed!)

Location: New Orleans, LA area
Duration: 6+ months contract (possible extensions up to 3 years)
Rate: DOE up to $22/hr, please include required hourly rate with resume submittal

Candidate will perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and repair computer systems and peripheral equipment throughout the organization.
40 hour work week, may require some after hours work at remote locations to set up hardware and troubleshoot as needed.
Experience providing support with the following:
•Desktop Support Level II experience
•Desktop/Laptop Systems Configuration, Installation, Troubleshooting experience (Windows 2000-XP)
•Light Active Directory experience (moves, adds, changes)
•Application Support Experience (MS Office/Outlook, Access)
•PC Imaging experience
•Experience using trouble ticketing systems very helpful.
•Previous Field Engineering experience helpful
•Enterprise Systems experience helpful
•Excellent communication skills
•Experience with POS Systems helpful
•Must have your own car and valid driver's license to travel from Call Center to Store Locations (position involves support of both call center users and field location users, travel will be approximately 25%. Mileage reimbursement as per IRS Standard (~ 58 cents/mile) Travel around New Orleans, LA.

•A+, N+, MCDST Certification a plus
