The correct understanding and application of this BLEEDING EDGE multi-discipline technology includes: VOIP telephony, IP Video, LAN/WAN/SAN, Data Center Design, structured cable design on in a wide variety of disciplines including: IT, Telecom, AV and Information Security projects. Project types include both new buildings and retrofits in virtually all market verticals including commercial, education, government, healthcare, retail and residential. This position requires a background in systems integration, systems installation, project management, or systems research and development. The ideal candidate must be able to read and create systems drawings on supplied backgrounds. CAD skills are required.   Required Background  A minimum of 4+ years experience in the systems design of  AV / IT / SECURITY Proficiency in AutoCAD (version 2005 or better) Understanding of telecommunications cabling design and implementation Familiarity with industry standards including BICSI, IEEE and TIA/EIA Thorough familiarity with blue prints and construction documentation Ability to independently manage multiple projects Ability to manage CAD resources in the development of construction documents Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines An eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality RCDD certification a plus Experience with design of Enterprise Class Access Control Systems  Alarm Monitoring and Notification Systems,  Digital Closed Circuit Television Systems design  Excellent Communications Skills: Verbal & Written    Preferred Skills Radio Frequency Identification Systems Building Management Systems  Building Automation Systems  Two-Way Radio Communications  Facility Hardening  Traffic Control  AutoCAD 2008  Additional desired abilities:  Team Leadership and Project Management skills  Client relationship management skills  Multi-tasking capabilities and project load management    The hire of this individual is being considered a TOP PRIORITY!   The industry-best compensation package includes top base salary, bonus, profit sharing and outstanding fringe benefits.   IF YOUR BACKGROUND DOES NOT MEET ALL OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US!
