Working as part of a global help desk support team, you will be involved in providing support to users of MDSL’s cost management software.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who would feel comfortable dealing directly with customers.
Ideally we are looking for an IT graduate or a graduate who has studied IT for part of their degree course but as important is common sense and the ability to make our customers feel that we are meeting or surpassing their expectations.
We would expect the successful candidate to have excellent MS office skills, especially MS Excel & Word
IT knowledge in any of the following would be a distinct advantage, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, VB and MS Access.
Some experience in a customer support role is also preferred as is knowledge of the Market Data industry however full training in MDSL’s systems and Help Desk operations will be provided.
